Hôy La’s music is an intervention, forcing a shared trauma into the light, and sensuous ecstatic movement into your body. Since “Please” in 2018, and the X​ Head​ EP in2019, Hôy La has been established as an artist whose esoteric aesthetics bring personal pain to the surface. 2021 sees the release of Hôy La’s album, T​ here is a Girl Inside my Brain who Wants to Die.​ An album about tearing down our psychic enclosures.
