Every order placed and paid through this website and confirmed per e-mail constitutes a sales agreement between the purchaser and Proton Aps.
Orders are made/shipped from Proton Records Aps, Griffenfeldsgade 50 kld, 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark.. We will process your order as fast as possible.
PRICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS
The prices of our products are indicated in Danish Krone (DKK) and include all taxes, except the costs of processing and shipping, which will be added upon completion of your order.
PAYMENT
All charges have to be paid to Proton Aps before orders will be shipped out.
Currently, our only payment option is through Paypal or via a Zettle Buy-link (Credit Card Payment).
STOCK & AVAILABILITY
All products are sold in the amounts that we have in stock. Should there be a stock discrepancy or other problem on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to try and resolve the problem.
DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
All our items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment. Proton Aps can not be held accountable for shipping to a wrongly provided address. Proton Aps is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. Items for shipment to countries outside of Denmark may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Proton Aps
If a return is enforced, Proton Aps reserve the right to charge the customer for any carrier returning fees that will be placed in case of return due to missing pick-up. A new shipment is to be paid by the customer.

Any information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible online shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without prior consent. They will only be used by our internal services to process your order and to reinforce and personalise our communication with you, including through our newsletter to which you may have subscribed.
RECLAMATION
Proton Records sells both new and used items. New items can be returned, in case of proof of production defects. We don’t offer any return policy on second hand items. We do our ratings after Discogs standard and as well as we can. If you have special needs for the items please get in touch.
